Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Mobile Accessories)

Reliable Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier in the mobile accessories industry with over 20 years of expertise. Based in Karol Bagh, Delhi, we specialize in high-quality products including chargers, batteries, power banks, data cables, and portable speakers. We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing professional to strengthen our pan-India distribution presence.

Role Objective The primary goal is to identify, appoint, and manage distributors across various regions in India, ensuring the brand's visibility and market share grow consistently.

  • Key Responsibilities Distribution Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new distributors and dealers to expand the brand's reach across India.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets for product categories like power banks, chargers, and speakers.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing distributors, addressing their concerns and ensuring timely stock replenishment.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product launches in the mobile accessories segment.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Execute local marketing campaigns and B2B promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
  • Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain a healthy credit cycle with partners.
  • Reporting: Provide regular feedback to management regarding market demand and sales performance.
  • Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 3–7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the mobile accessories or consumer electronics industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Skills: * Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the channel sales model (Distributor/Dealer network).
  • Ability to travel extensively across different states for market visits.
  • Proficiency in managing sales data via Excel or CRM tools.
  • Attributes: A self-starter with a result-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
