Job Description
- Generate and manage leads through site visits, referrals, brokers, and digital platforms
- Meet prospective clients, understand requirements, and present design & execution proposals
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for accurate project proposals
- Close deals and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and timelines
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential and existing clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase project bookings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with builders, architects, channel partners, and vendors
- Represent the firm at exhibitions, property events, and networking meetings
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
