Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom
Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our furniture products to customers
Develop a deep understanding of the customer's needs and preferences to recommend suitable furniture products
Close sales and meet or exceed sales goals
Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain contact after the sale
Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on new furniture products, industry trends, and competitor activities
Maintain a clean and organized showroom
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in sales, business, or a related field is preferred
Proven track record of sales success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
Knowledge of furniture and design is preferred
