Responsible for lead generations, conversion of leads into customers in the targeted market.
Develop account penetration strategies for key targets and competitive accounts and communicate current market intelligence back to the business, along with field concerns, issues and requirements
Develop account strategies that maximizes value for the company and customer
Uses non authoritative leadership skills to motivate and direct the activities of the field personnel
Establish and maintain top level contacts with the management of existing and potential customers to maximize the exposure of the company
Understand customer politics and optimize the company's position by aligning ourselves with the key decision makers
Communicate the strategy within the company and across other locations and ensure critical actions are taken and progress is made
Sound Knowledge of Printing & Packaging Industry

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate/ BBA/MBA/PGDM/PGDBM (ITI Diploma holder in Printing & Packaging)
