Job Title: Sales Manager – Solvents & Petrochemicals
Industry: Chemical Manufacturing / Petrochemicals
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the solvents and petrochemicals industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new customers, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Manage key accounts, pricing negotiations, and contract finalization.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
3–5 years of proven sales experience in solvents / petrochemicals / chemical industry.
Strong knowledge of chemical products, applications, and industrial markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to meet targets and work independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
Preferred:
Existing client network in chemical or industrial sectors.
MBA / Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
