Job Description:

Efficient IT & Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently without team assistance and take full ownership of achieving monthly and annual sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new leads through calls, networking, and digital channels.

* Identify potential clients and present relevant IT and electronic solutions.

* Conduct meetings, product demos, and negotiations with clients.

* Manage the entire sales cycle — lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closure.

* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets independently.

* Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, and client data.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

* Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and product developments.


Requirements:

* Proven experience in B2B or IT/Electronics product sales.

* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently without team support.

* Target-oriented mindset and self-motivated approach.

* Willingness to relocate to Dwarka, New Delhi.

* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online sales platforms.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
