Job Description
- Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Product Expertise & Presentation: Develop a deep understanding of the company's architectural technology products/services and deliver compelling, tailored presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and specifications to successfully close sales deals while balancing client needs and company profitability.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Track sales data using CRM software and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and delivery of solutions that meet customer requirements.
