Key Responsibilities:

• Indiamart Management: Handle inquiries, update product listings, and manage customer interactions on Indiamart.
• Social Media Management:
• Instagram: Create and post engaging content, respond to comments and messages, and increase followers.
• LinkedIn: Update company profile, share relevant content, and engage with followers to enhance professional networking.
• Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on all platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Basic Computer Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and maintaining digital files.
• Industry Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of commercial kitchen and bakery equipment to create relevant and informative content and assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing Indiamart accounts.
• Proficiency in handling Instagram and LinkedIn professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferably from a commercial kitchen and bakery equipment background.
