Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct cold calling to reach out to potential clients (SMBs, startups, and enterprises)
- Introduce and explain our HRMS and Accounting SaaS software to prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
- Convince companies to register/sign up on the platform
- Schedule and conduct product demos (online/offline)
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
- Required Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of SaaS products, preferably HRMS or Accounting software
- Ability to handle objections and close sales
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
- Good presentation and demo skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.)
- Preferred QualificationsExperience in SaaS sales or software sales
- Experience in B2B sales
- Familiarity with HR or Accounting processes is a plus
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of calls made per day
- Leads generated and conversions
- Demo-to-sale conversion ratio
- Monthly revenue targets achieved
