Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Find potential customers (leads) and assess their needs/budget. 
  • Sales & Promotion: Present products, demonstrate value, and convince prospects to buy. 
  • Negotiation & Closing: Agree on pricing/terms and finalize sales agreements. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong ties with existing clients and resolve issues. 
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop sales strategies, set goals, and analyze market trends. 
  • Performance Tracking: Use CRM to manage activities, update records, and report progress.

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
