📝 Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team, focusing on Genral and Modern Trade channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with Genral and modern trade outlets (e.g., supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail chains), achieving sales targets, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring excellent in-store visibility and brand presence.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong business relationships with modern trade clients.
• Identify and onboard new Genral and modern trade partners.
• Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor in-store execution, stock levels, and planogram compliance.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with distributors, supply chain, and merchandising teams.
• Analyze sales data and market trends for continuous improvement.
• ✅ Candidate Requirements:Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Modern Trade sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of local market and modern trade operations.
• Willingness to travel for market visits and client meetings.
