Sales Representative

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Sales Representative to connect with businesses in Australia and New Zealand and onboard them for our digital marketing services. This role focuses on outbound calling, lead conversion, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to businesses in Australia & New Zealand

Pitch digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media, Retention Marketing, Website Development)

Identify client needs and suggest custom marketing solutions

Convert leads into qualified opportunities and paying clients

Handle follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel

Maintain CRM records and track all communication

Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding new clients

Requirements

Proven experience in sales / telecalling / international sales (preferred)

Excellent spoken English with a neutral or international accent

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Ability to handle objections and close deals

Comfortable working with targets and KPIs

Willingness to work in Australian time zones

Preferred Skills

Experience in selling digital marketing services

Understanding of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
