Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative in the Paint Industry, you will be responsible for selling paint products and services to customers. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets.

Job Duties:

Prospect and identify potential clients in the paint industry
Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting and selling products and services to customers
Provide technical expertise and knowledge on the products and services
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns
Participate in industry events, trade shows and seminars to promote the products and services
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products and competitors
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint or coatings industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Knowledge of paint products and their applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel frequently.
