Service Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales & Service Engineer responsible for promoting, selling, installing, and servicing industrial equipment. The role involves client interaction, technical support, product demonstrations, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

Promote and sell company products and solutions to clients.

Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical specifications.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and OEMs.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Service Responsibilities

Install, commission, and maintain equipment at customer sites.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

Provide after-sales support and maintenance services.

Train customers on product usage and maintenance.

Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.

Customer Support

Provide technical consultation to clients.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints quickly.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
