Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide our team. The Team Leader will handle daily work, support team members, and make sure targets are achieved on time.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide team members
• Assign daily tasks and monitor work
• Help the team achieve targets
• Train and support new employees
• Solve team issues and report to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in team handling
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure
• Preferred Industry: Any Ayurveda Company
