Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to team members to achieve sales goals. Ensure that the sales Team is properly staffed at all times and maintain optimal customer service levels. Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and meet targets. Create and implement sales promotions and incentives to drive sales and increase customer loyalty. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to assist and educate customers on product features and benefits. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and inventory management, to optimize sales strategies and product offerings. Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and motivate the sales team. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and minimizing stock discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Qualifications: Previous experience in a sales management role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions. The customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive performance. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of inventory management principles. Proficiency in using sales software and systems. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
