Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 CTC per month

Job Summary- We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Teamleader to support sales operations, dealer management, digital marketing initiatives, and brand promotion activities in the fast-growing EV manufacturing sector. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, dealers, and clients while contributing to both digital and on-ground brand visibility.


  • Key Roles & Responsibilities -


  • Sales & Business Development Coordinate and support the Sales and Business Development team in daily operations
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers through effective communication
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers/distributors to expand market presence
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities, corporate clients, and channel partners
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-up documentation
  • Track sales targets, pipelines, and business development activities
  • Support negotiations and assist in closing deals

Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintain and update CRM systems, sales MIS, dealer, and client databases
  • Handle dealer and client communication via calls, emails, and meetings
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination with production, logistics, and finance teams
  • Monitor order execution and delivery timelines

Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Support digital marketing activities across social media platforms, website, and online marketplaces
  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns for product launches and dealer promotions
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and lead generation; prepare basic reports
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across digital and offline platforms
  • Support branding initiatives during EV expos, exhibitions, roadshows, and dealer events


  • Required Skills & Competencies - Good communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and brand promotion
  • Understanding of dealer networks, channel sales, and lead management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate across departments
  • Exposure to manufacturing, automobile, or EV industry is an added advantage


  • Educational Qualification - Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred)
  • Experience Requirement- 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Business Development, or Dealer Management
  • Exposure to digital marketing or brand promotion activities preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, automobile, EV, or allied industries is an advantage
