Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. The role involves team handling, daily performance tracking, training, and ensuring sales goals are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
• Monitor daily sales performance and achieve targets
• Train and guide team members to improve productivity
• Prepare basic sales reports and updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader (preferred)
• Prior experience in an NGO is preferred
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to meet targets and manage a team effectively
• Only female candidates required
