Sales Team Leader

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader with strong experience in Personal Loan Sales to lead and manage a sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to drive team performance to achieve targets.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives for personal loan products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective team management
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training & guidance
• Generate leads and ensure maximum conversions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and financial partners
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Handle escalations and resolve customer queries efficiently
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of banking/financial products (especially personal loans)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
