Job Title: Sales Team Leader – Loans
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Team Leader with 2–4 years of experience in loan sales to lead, motivate, and manage a team of tele callers/sales executives for PL, BL, HL, or LAP.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Train, monitor, and motivate team members
- Track daily performance and MIS
- Coordinate with backend & management
Requirements:
- 2–4 years experience in loan sales
- Team handling experience mandatory
- Good communication & leadership skills
