💼 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to manage and guide a team of Sales Executives / Telecallers in our Unsecured Loan (Personal & Business Loan) division. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in sales or loan processes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives / Telecallers

• Assign daily targets and monitor team performance

• Guide team members on customer handling and sales conversion

• Ensure regular follow-ups and maximum closures

• Monitor lead generation, logins and disbursements

• Train and motivate team to achieve monthly targets

• Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners
