JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE / SALESMAN

Position: Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Location: Delhi NCR

Industry: Sweets / FMCG

Products: Premium Indian Sweets (100% Pure Ghee, MAP Packed)

Role Objective

To sell Parammithaas sweets to sweet shops, retailers, and wholesalers, build long-term relationships, and ensure regular repeat orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit sweet shops, retailers & wholesalers daily
• Introduce Parammithaas products and collect orders
• Open new shops and expand area coverage
• Maintain relationships with existing buyers
• Share feedback on taste, pricing & packaging
• Coordinate orders with office/factory
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups
• Represent the brand professionally in the market

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in FMCG / food / sweets sales preferred
• Local Delhi NCR market knowledge
• Comfortable with daily field work
• Basic understanding of billing & orders
• Hindi speaking mandatory (English basic)
• Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented
