Job Description

Experience Required

  • 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in Administration / Operations / Managerial roles.
  • Professionals from the advertising industry will be preferred.
  • Must be comfortable travelling locally and outstation, along with the team, for client meetings and presentations.



Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily back-office operations and administrative functions.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Travel locally and out of station for client meetings, business events, and coordination activities.
  • Handle finance-related and office administration tasks, including budgeting, vendor management, and expense control.
  • Maintain company calendars, documentation, and official records systematically.
  • Independently draft professional letters, proposals, reports, and business documents with accuracy.
  • Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for internal reviews and client meetings.
  • Manage, guide, and mentor support staff to ensure productivity and effective workflow.
  • Meet potential clients to explore new business opportunities and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Manage the organization’s social media presence and ensure timely and effective content distribution.



Key Skills Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong drafting and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT will be an added advantage.
  • Professional, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree will be preferred.
