Job Description
Experience Required
- 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in Administration / Operations / Managerial roles.
- Professionals from the advertising industry will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable travelling locally and outstation, along with the team, for client meetings and presentations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily back-office operations and administrative functions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain operational efficiency.
- Travel locally and out of station for client meetings, business events, and coordination activities.
- Handle finance-related and office administration tasks, including budgeting, vendor management, and expense control.
- Maintain company calendars, documentation, and official records systematically.
- Independently draft professional letters, proposals, reports, and business documents with accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for internal reviews and client meetings.
- Manage, guide, and mentor support staff to ensure productivity and effective workflow.
- Meet potential clients to explore new business opportunities and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Manage the organization’s social media presence and ensure timely and effective content distribution.
Key Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong drafting and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT will be an added advantage.
- Professional, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree will be preferred.
