Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Prepare and file tax returns and GST filings.
- Monitor company expenses, budgets, and financial transactions.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Generate financial reports for management decision-making.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com).
- 1–3+ years of experience in accounting or finance (preferred).
- Knowledge of accounting software such as **Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation rules (India).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
