Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong expertise in Tally ERP, Taxation, and GST compliance. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and oversee statutory compliance while supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations using Tally ERP.

Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.

Conduct regular reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and general ledger adjustments.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Taxation

Handle direct and indirect taxation, including advance tax and TDS compliance.

Prepare TDS returns, TDS reconciliations, and ensure timely payment.

Assist with income tax filings, assessments, and coordinating with auditors.

GST Compliance

Manage end-to-end GST filings — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GST reconciliation.

Monitor GST input credit, resolve discrepancies, and maintain proper documentation.

Stay updated with GST laws, amendments, and ensure full compliance.

Audit & Compliance

Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and tax audits.

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain proper documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.
