 Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager – Restaurant📍 Department: Accounts & Finance

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (in restaurant/F&B preferred)📍 Salary Range: ₹ 30,000 – ₹ 40,000 per month📝 Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager with strong financial acumen and restaurant industry exposure. The ideal candidate will manage accounting operations, ensure compliance, optimize financial processes, and support strategic decision-making.

• 💼 Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Accounting & Reporting Manage full spectrum of accounting functions including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• 2. Budgeting & Fore casting Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts for restaurants.
• Analyze variances and provide insights to management.
• 3. Cash Flow & Bank Management Supervise cash flow projections, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure adequate liquidity and efficient working capital management.
• 4. Cost Control & Inventory Track and analyze food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and overheads.
• Implement cost-control mechanisms and reduce wastage.
• 5. Compliance & Statutory Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESI, audit requirements, and other statutory laws.
• Coordinate statutory audits and tax filings.
• 6. Team LeadershipLead and mentor accounts team, including accountants and clerks.
• Provide training on best practices and system processes.
• 7. System & Process ImprovementsImplement and optimize accounting software and controls.
• Standardize procedures across multiple outlets (if applicable).

🎯 Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have✔ MBA in Finance / Master’s in Finance / CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter)

✔ 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in restaurant or hospitality sector

✔ Strong knowledge of GST, tax compliance, accounting standards

✔ Excellent proficiency in Tally/ERP/QuickBooks/SAP (any accounting software)

✔ Advanced Excel skills

✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving capabilities

Preferred⭐ Experience with multi-location/branch accounting

⭐ Knowledge of POS systems and inventory controls
