The organisation has already benefited millions of people in India and abroad and has been working in this field for the last 150 years. 

Job Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The role involves working closely with the finance team to support budgeting, audits, and financial planning.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain books of accounts (Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, etc.) BUSY Accounting Software.
• Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Support in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Maintain documentation and records for financial transactions.
• Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in accounting software (busy).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
