Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Senior Architect to lead design and execution for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design vision, technical expertise, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and design presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy.
• Supervise site execution and ensure quality and compliance with design standards.
• Manage a team of junior architects and draftsmen.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in handling architectural projects independently.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design software.
• Strong creativity, communication, and leadership skills.
