Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Architect to lead the architectural design, planning, and coordination of building project, Infrastructure, Academic campus, medical college campus and hotel projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all stages of design development, ensure project compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with project and site teams to achieve timely and quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead architectural design from concept to completion for preparation of GFC drawing.

• Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Supervise preparation of 2D/3D drawings, presentation layouts, and construction documents.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, NBC guideline, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.
• Guide draftsmen and junior architects in design detailing and drawing accuracy.
• Manage approval processes and liaison with government or local authorities when required.

Skills Required:

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, BIM and MS Office, etc.

·        Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, RCC detailing, and finishing works.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

·        Good understanding of costing, BOQ preparation, and project documentation.

Preferred Experience:

·        Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, and hotel building projects.

·        Exposure to modern design trends, material selection, and sustainability practices.

·        Experience is EPC mode of tendering.
