Senior Data Analyst

Data Collection & Infrastructure Setup:

• Design and implement a comprehensive data stack for collecting, storing, and processing

data from various sources.

• Integrate Power BI with the existing ERP software to create dynamic dashboards and

reporting tools.

• Establish automated data pipelines to streamline reporting processes.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze data across Shopify, Amazon, and Meta/Google ad platforms to identify trends,

performance metrics, and growth opportunities.

• Provide detailed insights and recommendations for e-commerce performance optimization.

• Conduct product sales analysis for large-format stores and offline dealer networks.

• Evaluate seasonality trends to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.

Inventory Management & Optimization:

• Identify appropriate base stock quantities for products and ensure timely replenishment to

avoid stockouts.

• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure data-driven inventory decisions.

Performance Tracking & Business Insights:

• Prepare and deliver presentations with insights and actionable recommendations to

managers and directors.

• Track the effectiveness of ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, providing ROIfocused

insights.

• Develop models to predict sales trends and customer behavior across different channels.

Cross-Vertical Collaboration:

• Work closely with teams across e-commerce, marketing, sales, and supply chain to provide

data-driven support.

• Act as a subject matter expert for data integration and analytics best practices.

Tool & Process Development:

• Introduce and implement Power BI dashboards tailored to the needs of different

departments.

Continuously evaluate and improve data processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
