Job description Roles and Responsibilities • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights. • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels. • Work closely with in-house to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts • Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts Conduct market research, for example, using customer questionnaires and focus groups Desired Candidate Profile • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role • Commercial awareness and business acumen • Copywriting and design skills • Creativity • An eye for detail • Analytical and strategic thinking • Drive and self-motivation • Flexible approach to work • Ability to work well under pressure • Teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships • Influencing and negotiation skills • IT, social media and numeracy skills • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices Perks and Benefits Role Digital Marketing - Other Department Marketing & Communication Employment Type Full Time, Permanent Role Category Digital Marketing Education UG :Any Graduate
