Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and strengthen our human resource operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and overall HR administration, ensuring smooth workforce management and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
• Support payroll coordination and attendance management
• Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Monitor performance management processes
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
• Prepare regular HR reports and workforce updates for management

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations
• Strong understanding of recruitment and HR compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized with attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation processes
