Job Responsibility:

• Follow-ups Recruitment
• Manage Attendance, performance, training schedule and Expenses tracking of sales team
• Payroll & compliance handling
• Employee onboarding & documentation
• Manage MIS Reports and Monthly Performance Sheet

Required Candidate profile

• MBA preferred
• Good Excel Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of HRMS & compliance
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
