Key Responsibilities
* Handle Personal Loan / Business Loan / Used Car Loan inquiries
* Collect and verify customer documents
* Coordinate with Banks and NBFCs for loan processing
* Follow up with clients for pending documents
* Assist in loan file login and disbursement process
* Maintain records of loan applications and updates
* Provide customers with proper loan guidance
