We invite Fresher MBA to join us in our reputed Senior Management Trainee. Fresher must be MBA Power Management, Power Sector Management, or Renewable Energy Management Related Courses Preferred and should be passionate about Career Growth Opportunity.

Fast Career Growth Path of Sales & Marketing

• 0-6 months: SMT has to do Sales & Marketing of Solar Systems They are given a technical and commercial understanding of Solar Products and they meet & convince customers, dealers, solar companies. They also get technical understanding for Installation, & commissioning of solar systems.

• 6 months–1 year: Based on his performance, the fast track SMTs are given Business Development roles or their Area is expanded where they are managing a team to deliver Results or given a role to independently deliver.

•            Its NOT Door to Door Sales. It is techno-commercial role, where Customers want to be fully technically educated about the product before taking a decision.

Designation after 6 months for high Performers: Business Development.
