Senior Project Engineer – Civil (Interior Fit-Outs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out and civil projects.

The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial fit-outs, including project execution, site supervision, and vendor management, preferably within the corporate interiors or commercial construction sector.

The primary job location will be Noida / Delhi / NCR. However, this position is transferable and may require relocation to project sites across India, depending on organizational and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of site activities in coordination with internal teams and vendors
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety norms
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
• Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site documentation, and handle billing and BOQ verification
• Track material requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery to site
• Attend client meetings and effectively resolve site-related issues
• Maintain proper records of drawings, measurements, and project progress updates

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in civil construction or interior fit-out projects

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution, BOQs, and specifications
• Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards
• Experience in project documentation, billing, and site coordination

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
