Job Description

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Creating detailed construction schedules, forecasting timelines, and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Site Management & Supervision: on-site construction activities, supervising workers, and ensuring daily operations align with project plans.
  • Technical Compliance & Quality Control: Ensuring all work complies with blueprints, technical specifications, legal requirements, and building codes.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Developing project budgets, tracking expenses, and controlling costs to avoid overruns.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth communication and decision-making.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Preparing progress reports, maintaining project documentation, and conducting site inspections.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identifying potential site hazards or design issues and implementing corrective actions.
