We’re looking for Recruiters and Senior Recruiters with strong experience in bulk hiring and deep job portal knowledge to join our Talent Acquisition Team!

🔹 Industry: [Telecom Hiring Bulk sales Hiring, etc.]

What You’ll Be Doing:

 ✅ Manage high-volume hiring across multiple functions and levels

 ✅ Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) for sourcing and Screening Candidates

 ✅ Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines

 ✅ Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process end to end

What We’re Looking For:

 🌟 Hands-on experience in bulk / mass recruitment

 🌟 Strong understanding of job portals and sourcing strategies

 🌟 Excellent communication and coordination skills

 🌟 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
