Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and a strong understanding of the amusement industry, including its products, components, and sales cycle. This role involves both technical and commercial responsibilities, requiring a deep understanding of mechanical components like bolts, nuts, screws, and their relevance to ride structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the amusement rides and infrastructure sector.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide technically sound solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to clients.
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company policies.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to build relationships and promote products.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the amusement rides or similar heavy equipment industries.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical components (screws, bolts, nuts, etc.) and how they apply to amusement ride structures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as required.
