Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team at ASAP Hiring. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients through proactive outreach, including cold calling and email campaigns. Your ability to build relationships, handle client queries effectively, and convert leads into clients will be critical to your success.

Qualification:

• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the recruitment or training industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
• Strong understanding of lead sourcing techniques and sales processes.
• Ability to handle customer queries effectively and provide satisfactory resolutions.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work US shift hours (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST).
• Knowledge of US IT staffing/recruitment (Good to have)
