Job Description
We are hiring a strong Senior Sales Executive / Senior Counsellor for an inside sales call closing role.
We are specifically looking for someone who has real experience in handling sales calls, doing proper follow-ups, handling objections, and closing leads.
This is not a basic telecalling or calling-only role.
We need someone who understands how to convert warm leads into paying clients through strong communication, trust-building, and consistent follow-up.
We work on inbound / warm leads and sell consultation-based programs, so strong experience in call closing and lead conversion is essential.
This role is best suited for candidates who are performance-driven, target-oriented, and motivated by incentives and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound / warm leads and convert them into sales
• Speak confidently with prospects and understand their needs
• Do strong and timely follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
• Handle objections and guide prospects toward decision-making
• Maintain proper lead status and updates in CRM
• Ensure no lead leakage and proper follow-up till final outcome
• Achieve daily and monthly sales / conversion targets
• Coordinate with team leaders / management for performance and reporting
Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Counselling Sales / Call Closing
• Must have real sales closing experience on calls
• Strong follow-up and objection handling ability
• Comfortable working on daily and monthly targets and conversions
• Good communication and confidence in speaking with leads
• Must be comfortable using CRM for lead tracking and follow-ups
• Must be disciplined, serious, and result-oriented
• Should be someone who genuinely enjoys sales, targets, and incentive-based earning
Preferred Industry:
Candidates from the following industries will be strongly preferred:
• Health / Wellness / Fitness / Diet / Clinics
• Healthcare / Consultation-based services
• Coaching / Transformation programs
• High-ticket service sales
Secondary preference (if strong in closing):
• EdTech
• Insurance
• Financial advisory
• Any inbound high-conversion sales environment
