Senior Sales Manager

We are specifically looking for candidates who have prior work experience in leading B2B marketplace and online lead-generation companies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive market expansion.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.

Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, prepare sales forecasts, and report performance metrics to senior management.

Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance solutions and streamline the sales cycle.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. 

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager in Indiamart, Just dial or other B2b comapny, typically 5-8+ years in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform decisions.
