Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Tax, Loan, and Insurance services.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve assigned targets.
  • Drive customer acquisition through lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, channel partners, and key clients.
  • Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and ensure monthly/quarterly target achievement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across assigned regions.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, KYC/AML norms, and company policies.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales cycle including documentation, processing, and disbursement coordination.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to enhance campaigns and customer offerings.


Desired Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in BFSI / Financial Services Sales (Tax, Loans, Insurance).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong team handling and leadership capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian fintech and BFSI market.
  • Sound understanding of RBI regulations, KYC/AML guidelines, and compliance norms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong relationship management with banks, NBFCs, and channel partners.
  • Data-driven approach with ability to analyze sales metrics and performance reports.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • Strategic thinking with strong business development orientation.
