Job Description
Telecaller – Loans (BL , HL , Lap)
Role:
Handle outbound/inbound calls to assist customers with Business Loans, Home Loans & LAP (Loan Against Property). Your main goal is to generate leads, explain loan options, and support the team in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers and pitch loan products
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up for conversion
- Update data and maintain records
- Coordinate with sales team
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in telesales/loans preferred
