We are looking for a creative Video Editor who can produce high-quality, engaging short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) that capture attention and drive audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels)
• Add engaging subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics
• Maintain brand tone for education, and knowledge-based content
• Repurpose long-form videos into impactful short clips
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team for creative direction
• Optimize videos for engagement, retention, and platform algorithms
• Deliver content within deadlines consistently

Requirements

• Proven experience in short-form video editing
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Express
• Strong understanding of Reels trends, hooks, pacing, and storytelling
• Experience with caption styling and animated text
• Basic knowledge of social media content strategy
• Attention to detail and creativity mindset

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience editing education, or motivational content
• Knowledge of YouTube & Instagram analytics
• Motion graphics and branding experience
