Job Title: Senior B2B Sales SpecialistJob Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Senior B2B Sales Specialist to lead business development initiatives, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B segment
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
  • Conduct high-level meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
  • Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Guide and support junior sales team members
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports for management
  • Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in similar industry)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to handle high-pressure and target-driven environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office
