Job Title: Senior B2B Sales SpecialistJob Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Senior B2B Sales Specialist to lead business development initiatives, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B segment
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
- Conduct high-level meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Guide and support junior sales team members
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for management
- Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in similar industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to handle high-pressure and target-driven environment
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office
- Preferred Skills:Excellent client handling and relationship management
