Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media executiven to represent Caroline Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. across various social media platforms. The role involves creating engaging, authentic, and impactful content — including patient feedback videos, awareness campaigns — to strengthen the company’s online presence. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality videos, reels, and posts featuring patient feedback, healthcare t ips, success stories, and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with patients, doctors, and staff to record genuine testimonial videos (with prior consent).
• Actively manage company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), also coordinate with the digital department.
• Develop and execute content strategies to grow the brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and engage with followers through comments, messages, and live sessions
• Monitor social media insights and analytics to improve performance and audience engagement.
• Maintain the company’s professional and ethical image across all digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media department, Content Creator, or Video Presenter.
• Excellent communication and on-camera presentation skills & Confident and camera friendly personality.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing tools (mobile or software-based).
• Confidence to interact with patients, doctors, and staff while maintaining professionalism.
• Empathetic and respectful while interacting with patients
