Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits and implement recommendations
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for search engines
• Perform keyword research and mapping to drive traffic and improve rankings
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building campaigns
• Coordinate with content and web development teams to ensure SEO-friendly implementation
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights
• Manage local SEO activities, including Google My Business optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field

• 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (for entry-level: internships or project experience)
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred: Google Analytics and/or HubSpot certification

• Experience with technical SEO and site performance optimization
• Knowledge of other digital marketing channels like PPC, social media, or email marketing
