Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Service Engineer/ Service Technician 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware support. Mandatory knowledge and hands-on experience in Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs) is required. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs), laptops, desktops, servers and ONT devices, along with the ability to provide on-site and remote technical support.

Key Responsibilities

·       Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT hardware including laptops, desktops, PCs, servers, IFPs, and ONT devices

·       Diagnose hardware and basic software issues and provide timely resolutions

·       Handle on-site and remote technical support for end users

·       Provide user training and demonstration on IFP features, software tools, and best usage practices

·       Coordinate with vendors for IFP warranty claims, panel replacements, and firmware upgrades

·       Manage hardware inventory, asset tagging, and documentation

·       Install and support operating systems, drivers, and required applications

·       Ensure proper network connectivity related to ONT and peripheral devices

·       Maintain service reports, issue logs, and resolution documentation

·       Adhere to company IT policies, security standards, and SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications

·       Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field

·       3–5 years of experience in IFP support

·       Strong knowledge of: Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs)

·       Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and repairs

·       Familiarity with Windows OS, drivers, and basic network configurations

·       Good communication and customer-handling skills

·       Willingness to travel within Delhi for on-site support
